The JuzoPro Manu Xtec Palmar wrist orthosis has an open design, is airy and lightweight, yet still guarantees reliable stabilisation in two movement directions. This is the result of an extra wide, anatomically shaped aluminium splint on the inside of the hand (palmar) and an additional stabilisation element in the form of a circular hoop. The shape of the splint provides optimal support to the arched arrangement of the carpal bones.
Functional design with large thumb opening and free movement of the fingers. Soft comfort zones have been incorporated into the sensitive areas between the thumb and forearm to prevent pressure sores. Individually adjustable fastening straps with micro Velcro complete the optimal fit of the JuzoPro Manu Xtec Palmar. The orthosis is made from select breathable materials that wick moisture away from the skin. The novel fastening system also allows for postoperative application of the orthosis over a dressing.
