If your GP practice isn’t part of the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) and only uses paper prescriptions, send your prescription form to us using our FREEPOST address:

You can get free envelopes from our customer service (prescriptions@juzo.co.uk) or just write the address on any envelope without adding stamps. Contact your GP to request your repeat prescription and mail it to Juzo Compression at Home Delivered by Ostomed.

Electronic Prescription

If you want your GP to send us your prescription electronically please nominate Ostomed as your preferred dispensing appliance contractor for medical device prescriptions. The GP can do this by using their EPS code FRQ51. We will start working on your prescription right away.

What is EPS?

The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service. It makes getting your medical supplies easier. Instead of paper, your doctor sends your prescription digitally to Ostomed. Then we deliver your compression right to your home. It's that simple.

How is it different from the Prescription Service?

Rather than visiting your doctor's office for paper prescriptions, we streamline the process. Your GP can transmit your recurring compression garment prescriptions digitally to Ostomed. Then, we ship your prescribed hosiery directly to your doorstep.

Fill in the simple nomination form. This is available from your nurse or directly from Juzo.
Ask your clinician
Ask your GP practice if they are EPS Ready. If yes, you can ask your GP to nominate Ostomed as your preferred supplier of compression hosiery.
